Data is processed by Hitssports on the app on behalf of Hitssports customers. Data is collected through explicit data entry on the profile screen, team selection, match availability, chat and other data forms in the app.
Data is utilised by the sports club of which you are a member for the purposes of managing the operations of the club. Whilst Hitssports is the data processor, the club acts as the data controller in this relationship.
Hitssports will not share your information with third parties, other than your registered club at anytime. Data is not used for marketing purposes.
To request further information on the data held against your record, or rectify data erros you can amend data through the app, online or for anything that cannot be addressed you should contact your registered club using the contact form on your club website. In the event you do not receive a satisfactory or timely response from your club please contact Hitssports using our contact form
